Eating food from outside a lot, when you eat at a restaurant you are bound to eat, you might start with a meal and end up having a drink and dessert which have high sugar and fat. Eating large portion: some people out of habit keep on eating though they are full this leads to taking in calories more than you need and comfort eating. This is a habit of some people that when they feel down, they tend to eat a lot to make them feel better.

Therefore, watching how much and what you eat is important. That doesn’t mean you have to starve; you have to stick to a healthy food diet to make yourself healthy.
